What a lovely experience. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of the lovely woman who served me at reception. She was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Wonderful manaakitanga. The room was perfect for what I needed and super toasty warm when I arrived on a -2 degree evening. Good selection of hot drinks and was given a free can of drink on arrival too, as well as some drink vouchers for a local establishment. Room was extremely clean and well kept. Bed was the perfect firmness and very comfy. I also took advantage of the spa bath. Honestly, cannot complain! Would definitely stay there again.

The Ashley must be one of Timaru's best kept secret's. The check in was done in a flash. Due to mobility issues i was given the choice of two apartments. (We chose the 2 brm)
The rooms had everything you could possibly need, all the kitchen utensils and the oven were spick and span. We really enjoyed the heat pump its pretty cold in Timaru in June.
Overall I would have to say this is the most comfortable, well appointed and CLEANEST motel room Ive had over the years.
Definitely my first choice in accommodation.

A large, very clean unit, with a well equipped kitchen , large frig with freezer, dish washer, very comfortable. Reception very friendly and welcoming. Spa bath as well as shower. The garden and grounds tidy and colourful.
