The reception desk and the restaurant staffs provides excellent services.  The room size is spacious.  Gym is good and swim-pool is good.  The only issue is the toilet cleaning as the design of the bath Tower water tape faces direct to the entrance door, water can easily spill out. It will take more time for the cleaning staff to clean up. i

Service was really nice. They cleaned my room when I didnt ask for it. They change sheets often. Breakfast buffet is alright. They have an accommodating staff.

The company held an event and booked a hotel here. Overall, the room was OK. However, the room I stayed in was supposed to be a large suite split into two rooms, and it was convenient nearby. The only problem was that the iron in the hotel was broken, and both of my suits were burned. When I went to tell the housekeeper, the housekeeper took the old iron away and said he would give me a solution, but then he turned his face away. A young man knocked on my door at around 10 o'clock in the evening and said that their irons were all new and I broke the broken iron. They went back and forth for a long time. In the end, it was nothing. By the way, their kettle was also broken, and they didn't admit it. Later, I tested it in front of them, and they changed it for me.

The tottaly good comfort  bed  cozy room the hotel responsibility  and treats  also good.
This hotel far for transportation  so you are need taxi or get a rent a car .
Breakfast  not bad 
The room doesn't  have  sliper  and Hair dryer should  request.

So far so good everything went well but only for the exception that i asked for some ameneties and they didnt provide it until i asked them again

I stayed at TIME Ruba Hotel & Suites and while the staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this category.

Breakfast was repetitive with very little variation from day to day. When it comes to the room, I booked a suite (their best according to reception), yet there were several issues:
	•	Stains on the carpet
	•	Burn marks and damage on the curtain
	•	Dirty couch
	•	The balcony door wouldn’t close properly
	•	Poor maintenance overall (e.g., torn fabric, damaged furniture)

Additionally, I found a bug on the bed and experienced a lot of mosquitos, possibly because of the faulty balcony door.

The swimming pool experience was also disappointing. The sauna was out of order, the steam room was permanently closed, and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The male pool was delayed in opening, yet it closed on time—meaning less swimming time than scheduled.

The shuttle service to Haram lacked clear communication. Neither the reception nor the driver provided proper guidance on where to find the bus at the Haram, or where it stops. When asked, the driver just vaguely pointed in the general direction.

I believe the hotel staff are doing their best, but it’s clear that they are not given enough resources or support from management. This place has potential but currently falls short in many ways.
