"We were here for two nights to change the wallpaper and are enthusiastic with the atmosphere of well-being. The staff is extremely friendly and engaged, from the nice receptionist, the motivated restaurant staff to the friendly breakfast ladies. The food (especially the hot kitchen) is very good, it is okay if the price is a little higher. The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly and personal. Our room went out to the parking lot, but it was not a problem with the weather. The hotel is ideal for walking along the Baltic Sea. We were very satisfied with our room and bathroom, everything very clean and attractive. It is to highlight for us the rest in the hotel, there was no hectic or stress. So, we can recommend the hotel very much."

"When one makes a trip ... he is preparing. If you are severely impaired (90%), you will clear all the conditions required for an accessible stay before booking. This is the case by phone! Access to the back house is completely inappropriate for wheelchair drivers. There is no room to get into the house through the entrance door. The situation is difficult by an insurmountable 7 cm high. The rooms offer the comfort announced on the internet. But this is all that can be noted positively. With the driving chair you get from the second floor without interruption into the deep garage. The interruption module is defect ( delivery and repair are announced!). The accompanying person therefore runs around the house at the entrance, goes to the deep garage and opens the wheelchair driver. The house is pure adventure! The breakfast room can be reached by a level. That would not be a problem for the mobile rampe in the baggage. The "level" is unfold as a true, insurmountable, multi-level staircase. Breakfast falls out - but is still calculated at the end of the stay! The employee's response: "Our employees always correctly inform! You must have misunderstood something!" Yes, we understand! We are the guilty!"
