Péssima experiência. Quartos sujos. Limpeza diária e troca de toalhas inexistente. Fotos anunciadas não correspondem à realidade. Roupa de cama com aspecto de usada no check-in. Impossível utilizar a rede da sacada devido à falta de limpeza.

Cuidado. Me passaram valor escrevendo sempre 5 diárias diversas vezes, nunca 4. Em nossa quarto diária, ele me pede o check-out. Mechendo em nossos pertences e sumindo um. Detalhe eu tava com meu filho de 2 anos. Minha experiência foi horrível E o pior nem foi humilde em reconhecer seu erro. Me pedindo para pagar a mais já que ele se errou. Me passou o valor escrevendo, são para 5 diárias!

Pousada em local tranquilo e gostoso, mas não dá pra ir a pé para o centro de Tiradentes. Pontos fortes da pousada: recepção e atendimento do Renato, o dono, realmente muito atencioso e cordial; e café da manhã ótimo. Pontos a melhorar: alguns pontos no quarto precisavam de manutenção, principalmente no banheiro, limpeza pode melhorar um pouco como no quarto e na área comum (tinha muitos pontos com teia de aranha no corredor dos quartos). Mas voltaria com certeza, recomendo principalmente por conta do atendimento do Renato!

Excelente experiencia. Ficamos no quarto 4 com hidromassagem. Quarto pequeno, limpo e super arrumadinho. Porém, como não pega sol, estava bem frio dentro do quarto. A anfitriã foi super atenciosa e simpática. E o café da manhã é personalizado e maravilhoso! Fica afastada do centro o que garante sossego e tranquilidade. Adoramos.
