A magnificent 5-star hotel in Tirana. Arka Art Hotel is truly beautiful and fully deserves its 5-star rating. The hotel itself is impressive, modern, elegant and very well equipped. At the moment, the only real limitation is the surrounding area, which is still incomplete, with major works and unfinished structures nearby. However, once the district is completed, the overall setting will become truly incredible. The bars and the restaurant on the floors near the conference hall are very good. I found the restaurant and bar by the pool a little more impersonal, but the rooftop pool itself is simply stunning. The views are breathtaking, and the pool is so beautiful that it alone is worth the trip. My room was enormous — a double suite or family suite, occupied only by two people — and it was extremely comfortable. The TV, internet connection and general room facilities were all perfectly fine. Overall, this is a real 5-star hotel. Once the surrounding area is fully completed, it will become even more impressive. Highly recommended.
