Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

Central to restaurants and bars. Very close by to the town square. The only thing was during our stay, there was a blackout and whilst we were on the 6th floor we walked downstairs. However there were no emergency lighting in the stairwell and we had to use our mobile phone torch to guide us downstairs. WiFi took 24 hours to resume back to normal which was a little bit annoying when we required it for us to check-in our flights as we were going to depart soon. Other than that, we had a good time in Tirana.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!

A very lovely space with all essential amenities and easy accessibility to different tourist centres by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation. We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front. An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken. The maintenance man ”taught us” to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream. In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it. Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types. There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners).

Stopped for one night, the location is convenient, close to the bus station. The room is not big, there is a tea and tea. Big shopping center, 5 minutes by taxi, 20 walk. There is a restaurant at the hotel, but we arrived late and dinner didn't manage, the hostess is very social.

Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. There are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool! At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.
