"The room was upto mark, but the hospitality and staff awareness was zero. We were greeted with an empty reception desk and no dinner even though there were other guests who ordered food and got it from the restaurant. We required an early check out as in the morning, so we had to continuously ask the staff on the breakfast timings which was informed 8:30am. But eventually there was no food on the table even after 9:15 am, so we checked out. Furthermore, we had requested the bill of the stay but there was no knowledgeable staff to procure the print out of the same."

"The hotel is at walking distance from the old bus stand named Periyar, better known as Junction or old bus stand. We made a mistake of going past this to the new bus stand and had to traverse back. The railway station is also pretty close. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and our only issue was that it does not serve curd rice for dinner. The room service is also good except for once, where they forgot our order and we had to call again. Good bed and clean sheets with a water heater (coffee, tea and sugar packs given). Bathroom is also big and good ,except that the next room (we changed our room as the TV was not working), had a very small one. Overall good experience and I would recommend visitors to Tirunelveli to stay here."
