We couldn’t access a guide on the TV and there was a bag of garbage on the TV stand from the previous guest, however, these were very minor issues as the service was excellent and the staff were so friendly. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Beautiful hotel.

Our room was perfect and ready for us when we checked in at 3. Room was clean and comfortable and located on the top floor which made it very quiet. The breakfast in the restaurant the morning we checked out was very delicious. Just know, Mimosas or alcohol served before 9am. We were there at 8:30.

Our room was lovely: lots of light and calm decoration. Deep bathtub was nice. Both the lounge and the restaurant were great. Really the only things I didn't like was the outside of the building which didn't look like very high quality. The staff I spoke with were all extremely nice and helpful.

Staying at the Grand Pacific was delightful. The staff was attentive at all levels, valet, cleaning staff as well as the front desk. The hot tub, athletic club, pool and sauna facilities are nice, but understand they are shared with the community which is not an issue, just be informed as the area may be busy if a “class” is in session. We didn’t utilize the restaurants on site as there were plenty of options in town, but it is nice to have the option on site. All in all, if we are in town again, we would stay here.

I have had a really bad experience with Grand Hotel during my stay on Nov 26, 2023. I was double charged for my stay. Had to call 4 times afterward to get support from Grand Hotel staff. On a couple of occasions, I was transferred to the ***ager to talk and the call went to his voice mail. I left voice mail on both occasions but no one called me back. I would not recommend this hotel. I am still waiting for my refund!
