Great experience stayed in for one night, excellent ambience and clean room. Service is good and check-in and out process quick and smooth. Food really good at restaurant and breakfast has very good spread. Overall great experience for family also great location to reach Tirumala !!!

Food was good but we were not completly satisfied with room service. Services were a bit delayed, might be due to ***y guests. But defenitely not worth the amout we pay. Otherwise cleanliness and other services were good. We have asked for an extra bed and had to repeatedly ask for a good blanket and airconditioning was poor. Was not completely satisfied as we have gone with our parents, they were slightly dissatisfied with the service.

Overall no complaints everything was good. Just feel the pillow was less fluffy. The food was great I really liked their service. One of the best service I’ve encountered in my years of travelling in India. Very friendly staffs. Very nice and friendly before and after service.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. The service is very good and met all expectations during both my stay. We stayed once in the suite room and once in the superior rooms for a night during both the stays and we loved it. Keep up the good service and the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Want to thank House keeping crew especially supervisor Ms.Sumalatha for making our stay a pleasant one .Hotel is located at right place, room is spacious, neat and hygienic. It has got all required in house facilities. It has veg restaurant with elaborated menu with good taste. Prices are very reasonable for the room and food.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and kept well. We had food at both their restaurants and were more than happy. We had a small baby with us and the staff went over and above to meet our needs related to small kids. We would recommend this to anyone who visits Tirupati.

One of the best hotel to stay in Tirupati. It's location is very good, all important temples are not that far from here. The rooms are also very cozy and comfortable. The food over here is amazing. I had also booked a taxi for my visit to Venkateswara temple and the Driver (Mr.Ramesh) was very helpful.

My stay at Hotel Pai Viceroy in Tirupati was delightful, largely due to Ms. Kavya at the front desk. Her friendliness and helpfulness made a great first impression. The hotel's serene location added a peaceful touch to my visit, and the staff were all polite and attentive. The food was a highlight too - tasty and varied. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tirupati.
