Breakfast was great, was able to bring along prepacked breakfasts for my safari & check out. However, could be more efficient with housekeeping (i came back from my safari to a room that wasnt cleaned yet, which was disappointing). But the people are nice. Just be more efficient.

Very nice room with all the amenities you need, overlooking the pool and garden area. Very welcoming staff on arrival and very attentive staff during our stay, they are always happy and smiling.Lovely restaurant and a good choice of food for breakfast and evening dinner.

Stayed for one night, Booked 3 rooms. Excellent Services, Staff very polite and hard working and always with a smile. Good Ambiance of hotel, Good Food variety of Vegetarian and Non - Vegetarian. Rooms also good. Dinning Area good. Clean Hotel and big swimming pool.

I received excellent service and all the staff including the manager are very friendly, the rooms are very good quality and very comfortable. The food was very good, the swimming pool was very nice and clean, and they gave me good value for the money I spent. I can happily recommend this hotel. 😍😍

Food and service excellent !! Rooms are clean and satisfied with the standards. Very polite staff and very efficient and helpful throughout the stay. Worth for the price.enjoyed the stay throughout. Delicious food and was great for price.

Oak Ray Wild Yala Hotel was the best in our Sri Lankan trip …the pool was very nice and the rooms are very spacious and nice , For Food - the Buffet had a plenty of options with good veg food also .. the hospitality and the ambiance was really good .. 👌

Arrived early and friendly staff facilitated with the first available room. Some serious upgrading is required to these rooms, I was given the standard numbers to call if I needed anything, that’s ok if there was a phone in the room! Bathroom was poorly with worn flex to hairdryer and shower door creaked as if it was about to fall off. Children were allowed to run around the pool area screaming long after restaurant was closed with no supervision. Restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly, food was ok but if the areas that you could see were this neglected what was the back of house be like?!
