Proximity is great, small things like staffing of restaurant ( not enough), cleanliness of the restaurant was not good, closing staff did clean up or so it seems.

Hotel next to the airport, they had
No room keys!?! So an employee had to take you to your room anytime you need it opened. I’m not fluent in Spanish and no one spoke any English. The room had a strong odor of chemical or melting plastic that got worse. The room was very warm and the ac did not work well. After one hour of it being on water started gushing from the ac. It took 45 minutes to get a new room. The new rooms ac barely worked. Stayed warm all night.

Good property, staff were all great. But my room was very noisy, I had trouble sleeping. Also it would have been nice to have more drink selections other than beer. I would stay again but would bring my own drinks and ask for a room away from the elevator.

Check in process was very difficult even though I had a reservation it was such a struggle and long process, room had a strong odor of cigarettes, bed sheets were dirty, no running hot water. I am very disappointed, I ended up just checking out early I couldn’t have myself or my family in there.

The trip was a business trip so the geographical location near the airport made it easy to do the things I needed to do without having to deal with downtown traffic.

The room was very clean. Only issue was I got called for the shuttle when I arrived and I wasn’t getting through with the hotel. I kept calling and no answer. It was passing midnight and I was exhausted so I just called an Uber to pick me up to drop me off at the hotel.
