Nice appartement, very good located for hiking. Good bed. Uploading Electric car in front of appartement. Kitchenette needs bit more equipment.

Disappointing
We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable.
On top of that, we specifically booked an accommodation with a terrace, but were given a room with no terrace at all. This was misleading and not what we paid for.
To make matters worse, we were charged 50 euros for cleaning, which is completely unreasonable considering the state the property was in when we checked in.
The only positive aspects of our stay were the spa and the view, which were both very nice. Unfortunately, those few good points didn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness and misleading listing. Would not recommend to anyone and specially to ones travelling with kids.

Everything is nice, new and clean. Everything you need is there. There is even a little store with some essentials if you’re unable to go to a supermarket. The view and nature is great. You can hike straight from the appartment. We skied in feldberg wich was great and we loved our stay.

Really clean, well appointed, lovely little stay with my kids in the beautiful Shwarzwald. Bigger than expected, and great value for money. There is no staff on site, but the assistant at the given phone number was incredibly helpful, kind and fast with any questions I had.

Very modern apartment. Our family stayed 3 nights in the apartment for four persons. We really liked the easy access, parking and central location near interesting attractions. The big terrace with jacuzzi and panoramic views is a great plus. We had a small issue with the self check in but the staff has quickly supported us by phone.

It was amazing, just driving up to the place was awesome. The place was very nice, the balvony very spacious, the sauna amazing. So relaxing, very well built...and did mentioned relaxing ;). A big thing was the location. Everything was like 5 to 10 min. We stayed in more then discovering because the place was awesome. The only thing i regret we saw the jacuzzy way too late and where unsure how to access it.

Die Lage und der Spa-Bereich sind wirklich super. Richtig ruhig und ein Wohlfühlort. Das Apartment ist gut gemacht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, mir hätten nur ein paar mehr Töpfe geholfen, da es nur einen großen und einen ganz kleinen gibt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und super verständlich. Es gibt die Möglichkeit sich an einem kleinen Lädchen was zu kaufen, falls was wichtiges fehlt. Supermarkt war aber auch nur ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Das Apartment an sich war nicht super sauber, aber in Ordnung.

War fast alles perfekt 👌🏻 Super Zimmer mit Whirlpool auf der Terrasse und Sauna im Erdgeschoss. Super Aussicht und sehr benutzerfreundlicher Online Service.
