Pas op! De slechtste ervaring die ik ooit heb gehad! Eigenaren doen zich vriendelijk voor, maar liegen en hebben ervoor gezorgd dat we ons onveilig hebben gevoeld. Het is niet wat het lijkt… op *********** worden foto’s van strand getoond, maar na 15:00 uur is het strand compleet verdwenen. Dit betekent dat je genoodzaakt bent om terug te gaan naar je bungalow (die in de volle zon staat), want er zijn verder geen mogelijkheden om ergens te kunnen liggen: geen strandbedden, geen parasols. Er is verder niets te doen, waardoor je het gevoel hebt dat je vastzit op het eiland.. Daarnaast komen de eigenaren afspraken niet na! Ze willen overal erg veel geld voor en liegen over alles. We hadden overleg gehad met de eigenaren om eerder weg te gaan, dat vonden ze goed. Tot op de dag van vandaag mijn geld nog niet gehad… Ik krijg nog steeds €250,- van ze, maar dat willen ze niet terugbetalen. Tijdens ons verblijf was er ook een ander koppel met dezelfde ervaring, die krijgen ook nog steeds geld van ze. Advies: ga naar Kadidiri Paradise, want dat is een fijne plek met meerdere activiteiten!

Een korte samenvatting van ons paradijselijke verblijf bij Tanjung Kalemo aan de andere kant van de wereld op de Togian Islands. Wij verbleven hier een week. Maar tijd lijkt hier niet te bestaan, we leven volledig met het ritme van de natuur. Elke dag wakker worden in een tropisch paradijs, ontbijten, snorkelen, lunchen, snorkelen, diner, sterren kijken, slapen en herhaal. Het eten en service is top! Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Af en toe gaan we op ontdekkingstocht, naar koraalriffen en vrijwel onbewoonde bounty eilanden. En we hebben een kijkje genomen in de mangrove bossen, hebben we gevist met lokale vissers en hebben we dorpjes bezocht. Erg bijzonder allemaal. Wat een fantastische plek is dit, die ik iedereen kan aanbevelen.
