well the reception can't speak English and one of it male night shift staff's attitude seem is not quite welcoming foreigner guests, it service is aim for locals mainly. do not expect much.

it’s far from the station it’s kamata and koujiya station like 8 min walking or more depends on the weather
besides the street to the hotel
you can find some convince store
it’s still close to james’s airport by keikyuu line
rice and japanese curry buffet for 24 hours
soft drink service also available
i stayed in single room so comfortably

Great cozy hotel near Haneda airport. You can while away the time by reading books and comics in the lobby at the reception desk. There are also free drinks to choose from and simple food in the form of rice and noodles
