I'm a Korean who's been to China three times, but this was my first trip to Japan. I spent 4 nights and 5 days at this capsule hotel. <What I liked> 1. The hotel's location is pretty good. In Korean terms, it's like Gwanghwamun and Yeouido. In Chinese terms, it's around Tiananmen/The Bund. It's in the heart of Tokyo, so getting around was easy. 2. The interior facilities are incredibly clean. From the hotel itself to the sauna and restrooms, you can see staff constantly cleaning. It always smelled nice too. 3. The sauna was just... amazing. It completely wiped away all the fatigue from traveling. While the capsule hotel space isn't huge, the common lounge area made up for it. 4. The staff's service was very polite. I don't speak Japanese, but English and non-verbal communication were more than enough to get the help I needed. <What I found disappointing> 1. The sauna was so perfect that I didn't even need a bath basket, but there was a toothbrush but no toothpaste... ;;; That was a bit of a letdown. I also wondered if they could provide toner/lotion. 2. The capsule hotel provides earplugs. However, they were a bit too small for me. They kept falling out while I was sleeping... So, on the second day, I personally bought new earplugs (3M is the best) from Family Mart. 3. There are three storage spaces in total: the hotel, the shower room, and the shoe locker. But the storage space wasn't very generous. <Overall Impression> - Overall, it was an excellent capsule hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were all up to par. What's more, the sauna really won me over. I'm still looking for saunas even after returning to Korea. - Besides the sleeping areas, there are also lounge areas and a restaurant. I highly recommend checking them out. There's a good variety of food, and ending the day with a beer or sake feels great. - On rainy days, the subway... The Tokyo subway had a fresh, soapy scent (??). I've never had any issues with smells anywhere in Tokyo, and this hotel was no exception.

Excellent overall, though the top bunk design is a bit impractical; the support area for the knees is quite hard, which is a minor inconvenience. Everything else is pretty much perfect. The common areas are nice, but there are some rules, like needing to wear a Japanese yukata. Other than that, the travel amenities are complete, and the hot springs are a highlight – it's clearly a hot spring hotel, which seems to be their main business. Overall, it was a good experience. There are a few minor inconveniences, mainly having to wear a Japanese yukata to enter the relaxation area, though I understand their concept and it's quite unique. For a typical travel hotel, it can be a bit inconvenient. It's best suited for those looking for a simple rest.

An incredibly clean capsule hotel, the staff were friendly and the facilities spotless! They had a restaurant and a tatami room, which was great for unwinding after a spa session with a beer before bed (they said their tonkatsu was a signature dish, but I didn't try it, lol). Even though it was winter, the capsule itself was a bit warm (it got better with the fan on, but I'd still wake up sweaty) and quite dry! Despite that, if I needed an affordable place to stay nearby, I'd definitely return.

Sento hostel with high cleaness standards and extremely helpful and professional staff. It is intended for one nighters so the luggage storage area is missing but staff will take care of them in their private storage. Might be annoying for longer stay. Loved it! Having a hot bath during nights at whatever time was priceless
