The hotel is new, clean, and has an onsen (hot spring bath). Amenities are available in the lobby, and free coffee or apple juice is available daily. It's conveniently located near Nerit Island via the Keisei Skyliner, and a short walk from Ameyoko Market, Takeya, and other shopping areas. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby.

All facilities are new and room is spacious. I like the kitchen which gives extra flexibility and at least I have a cold enough fridge to store fruits. Close to Skyliner station which gives a plus for those travel to airport by Skyliner , but it’s a bit of walk about 15-20minutes if u arrive by shingaksen. Plenty of places to eat downstairs and promixity to shopping areas and drug store

Quite a modern hotel for young people. Althought it was newly renovated in 2024, but some wall surface was deterioated, the door lock of shower room is broken. Space of room is quite big but not enough furniture for storing stuff from luggages, the open area outside room is cold in Jan 2026.

Highly recommend, this is a very clean and nice hotel which is very convenient

The staff speaks English very well! Great location with a couple of convenient stores around the spot. The room is new and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Stayed with a family during our trip. The hotel is rather busy and doesn't provide any personal touch but nevertheless is a great value for the money. The staff is very helpful. The location is great, just steps away from the Ueno railway station and JR/subway lines. There are many conbini shops, restaurants and bars open until late night. But be aware that there is a bar&night club street just in the back of the hotel - at first we felt concerned about noise and safety at first but in reality it didn't cause any inconvenience for us. The shopping in the area is great as well. The room is equipped with all necessary amenities and dishware. Beds and futons are very comfortable and the view on the Ueno park is just amazing. Very nice public bath is open for guests till the midnight.

Location is superb, 5 mins walk to 2 stations and 8-10 mins walk to Ueno station. Plenty of food nearby. We were lucky to be there in Nov, there’s Xmas markets opposite the hotels as well as otw to Ueno station. We had the view of Ueno Park which is perfect! The hot bath facility is a huge plus point! Even my kids enjoy it so much!

The triple deluxe room was huge and clean. That room has everything, especially an electric stove! Very close to Ueno and the skyliner! Highly recommend. 

The room is spacious and perfect for family of 4. Location is not very near to the subway station so need to walk about 10mins so it is not ideal for family if you are carry luggages. Also take note that the carpark is only car not exceeding 1.55m. Anything higher you will need to park at Ueno parking centre with a fee of 2250 yen per day. It’s beside Ueno JR station and it’s also about 10mins walk.
