I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the best luxury hotels in Tokyo—the service is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and the location is perfect.

The view and room was perfect. But the staff at the concierge could be more helpful. When we got the car, the staff would continusouly ask for our passports and we all had a handful.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located, but I don't think the experience for families is good, they have restrictions for children under 4 years old to enter the pool even if accompanied by their parents.
And they forgot a request for sweets in the room to celebrate 9 years of marriage, previously requested the day before by phone.
