The room was incredibly clean and tidy, with fantastic natural light and ventilation! The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and easy to use. I had such a comfortable stay, I'll definitely choose this place again next time! Excellent, excellent, excellent.

A nice small no frill hotel in a good location. Metro just 3mins walk . U can open your large suitcase in the room if youre getting the room no 5 or 6

I needed to be near Tokyo Station, Haneda Airport, and have easy access to both the north and west sides of the city, so I asked an AI for recommendations, and it suggested staying in Mita. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around Mita and this hotel, but it doesn't really feel like a residential area. It's clearly a business district with a lot of commuters, so the location was definitely the most important factor in my choice. As for the hotel itself, it's perfectly fine for a week-long business trip.

Considering this establishment was built/opened this year, I would expect it to be much cleaner. The front desk did their bit, but was not overly helpful or cheerful. The only reason I would return are the close by convenient stores. My stay here was fair.
