Many kombini nearby and just nice for 4 pax. If only station is a bit more closer.

About 15 min walk from Ueno Station; staff were friendly and helpful. But the room’s aircon thermostat was set to go no lower than 22C and the airflow was weak. Felt too warm and uncomfortable. No black out curtains and with the windows facing the road there was light from cars’ headlights beamed into the room at night and disrupted our sleep. The hotel should install blackout curtains and not lock the aircon settings.

Great place for a family with two kids. Location is perfect fo exploring Tokyo. Staff is very helpfull. Rooms are clean and big enough, kitchen is well equiped.

The hotel is excellent. No matter where you want to go, it's incredibly convenient👍. The area around the hotel is full of food options, and there’s a train station nearby🚅. If you walk a bit further, you’ll find Ueno Zoo. I highly recommend it, especially for those traveling in groups. The room is comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. I love it soooo much🫶💓
