Mitsui Garden Hotel Gotanda - Tokyo

The room was well soundproofed, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's an outdoor hot spring on the 16th floor (rooftop). The hot spring is open both in the morning and evening, and they provide toiletries and disposable items.

Extremely satisfied! Staying in Gotanda was definitely the best choice! The location is super convenient, just over 20 minutes from Haneda, making it easy to get to and from. There's a large supermarket downstairs, and the lobby is on the 15th floor with a lovely terrace – perfect for bringing up food and having an afternoon tea. The room isn't big, but the bed is very comfortable. Water isn't complimentary. The rooftop onsen is incredibly relaxing, highly recommended!

The room was too small, and the location isn't very central. The hotel is right next to the train tracks, making it super noisy. There were also a lot of sex workers around. I won't choose this hotel again, even though Mitsui itself is usually quite good.

Every time I come to Tokyo, I have to stay here. The hotel's location is excellent, with comprehensive amenities nearby. It's super convenient to get anywhere. The staff are all very attentive and provide great service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

The room isn't very big, and for a triple room, it's hard to open all our luggage. The facilities are quite new, and it's pretty clean. The location is super convenient, right by Gotanda Station on the Yamanote Line. The staff are very welcoming and enthusiastic. There are tons of restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the JR trains get incredibly crowded during weekday morning and evening rush hours.

I upgraded to a deluxe room on the spot. The room was very spacious and well-laid out. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower, and the minibar was well-stocked with complimentary drinks replenished daily. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as Don Quijote, and the subway station is very convenient! Thanks for the chocolates~ I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is decent; you can take the JR Yamanote line directly to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Shinagawa. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff offers Chinese-language service, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the carpet looked a bit dirty.

Although the room, being under 20 square meters, is a bit small, it's very clean and well-arranged; opening a 29-inch suitcase is not an issue. The large public bath on the 16th floor is free for guests, and it's incredibly relaxing to soak in after a long day. The lobby is on the 15th floor and has a terrace with a nice view. Complimentary coffee and drinks are offered at the welcome bar, which is a great bonus to the service.

Every time I come to Tokyo, this is my top choice, provided they have rooms available. I checked out on June 22nd and accidentally left a T-shirt in the room. A whole day has passed since I checked out, and the hotel hasn't proactively contacted me. This is genuinely disappointing, sigh!
