Excellent service. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel. They upgraded us to the corner king room, which I have the view of the city from the bathroom. Overall, I really enjoy my stay at Mandarin Oriental.

The room size was just right, and while it wasn't new, the level of wear was acceptable. A pleasant surprise was seeing Mount Fuji in the distance from my room on the third day! The overall service from MO was also very satisfactory. On the evening of check-in, I even got to eat sushi that normally requires a week's advance reservation, which was great!

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind , helpful and careful. Check-in makes people feel very relaxed. It will be a return visit to the hotel. The location is convenient, and the room space is great! There will be essential oils attached to sleep and relax in bed. Housekeeping is amazingly perfect on those details. It is worthy of its 5-star. From the beginning of check-in (take luggage) to check-in, housekeeping, the attitude of every service staff are absolutely amazing. The counter service staff and service are very good.

The location is good. The check-in process at the front desk was a bit slow, but it was helpful to have someone who spoke Chinese for communication. I lost something during my stay; it would have been better if the hotel had proactively contacted me about it.

The hallmark of a truly great hotel is not the absence of issues, but the excellence with which they are resolved. After mentioning that the mattress was too soft, the management’s response was nothing short of extraordinary. They moved mountains to ensure my comfort, demonstrating a level of dedication and proactive service that defines world-class hospitality. This is exactly the caliber of care I expect from a property of this standing. Truly impressive.

From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and understated luxury. The hotel exemplifies a rare balance between contemporary sophistication and timeless Japanese hospitality, making every interaction feel both personal and profound. The guest rooms are nothing short of extraordinary—thoughtfully designed, immaculately maintained, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. Each detail, from the choice of materials to the intuitive layout, reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dining at the property is a remarkable journey in itself. Every restaurant presents not only world-class cuisine but also a sense of artistry and cultural depth. The staff demonstrate genuine passion and precision, ensuring that each culinary experience becomes an indelible memory. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its service. The team embodies the very spirit of omotenashi—anticipating needs with effortless grace and delivering them with warmth and sincerity. It is this quiet yet meticulous attentiveness that transforms a stay into an experience of unparalleled comfort. Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo is not merely a place to stay—it is a sanctuary in the heart of the metropolis, where moments are elevated into memories. It remains, without question, one of the finest hotels in the world.

Booked two rooms for a family stay. Staff were very helpful in a comp dating us with connecting rooms and checking us in quickly. In particular, all the staff spoke English very well which made it easy for us international Travellers which is not always the case for hotels in Japan even among the international chain hotels here in Japan. Breakfast was also very good and rooms were as expected of Mandarin hotels. - very comfy
