The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo is, without a doubt, the worst I've experienced in the last decade. Finding the way was like navigating a maze; it took ages to finally find the entrance. The front desk service was cold and perfunctory, the breakfast was terrible, lacking any of the attentiveness expected of a high-end hotel. Upon entering the room, a pungent musty smell hit me, the outdated facilities were completely unupdated, and even charging my iPad failed due to insufficient voltage. As someone who once trusted the Ritz-Carlton's quality, this experience completely shattered my expectations and was utterly disappointing.
