The room was a bit small; we could barely open two suitcases. It's located about 1 km from Shibuya Station. The surrounding area is a shopper's paradise with plenty of dining options, making it a great spot for a shopping trip. However, the hotel is on a slope, which made hauling luggage a bit tiring.

What a disappointment. This hotel is perfectly located, but that’s where it ends Our room was not serviced, in the 3 days we were there. The walls were filthy, amenities were not worth the effort. Not worth the money we paid. Will never see me again.

Stayed shortly for only a few hours as I had a flight to catch early in the morning. The bathroom was about the same size as the room itself. Comfortable bed but pillows were too soft. Prime location in Shibuya, out of the way of most of the noise and commotion but only a few minutes walk to the scramble crossing.
