Misleading Photos, Cramped Rooms & Disappointing Breakfast The room photos do not reflect reality. We booked a twin room for two elderly family members and a 3‑bed room for ourselves. The twin room was shockingly small — two mattresses placed wall‑to‑wall with no side access, making it impossible for elderly guests to get in and out of bed safely. There was no wardrobe or usable storage space. The 3‑bed room was only slightly better. All three mattresses were placed together with just a narrow walkway at the foot of the beds. Again, no wardrobe and very limited space for luggage. Breakfast was also disappointing and not worth the extra cost. The nearby 7‑Eleven offered far better choices for much less. Overall, the hotel is not suitable for families, elderly travelers, or anyone expecting comfort or accurate room representation.

The room is small. Average size for these kind of hotels in Tokyo. I had 2 large luggage’s and you can slide one under the bed. If there’s 2 people in the room, it could get cramped moving around. If you can get the room at a good price, I’d say that this is a great deal. The staff were all very good!! English speaking and they even assisted forwarding my luggage to the next hotel. The roof top view is very nice. There is no bottle water in the room but there is a vending machine on the roof. The lobby also has complimentary water and tea. Overall, my friends and I had a great experience here. I would only just recommend having some bottle water in the room.
