2nd Time I come to this hotel. The location is perfect between Ueno and Akihabara. Chill atmosphere. Clean hotel. The receptionist are responsive and treat you with kindness and respect. There’s this one receptionist that would bow and welcome you everytime with a smile. Wil definitely come back. :) 🙏🏼🤙🏼🙏🏼

Even though the rooms and bathrooms are quite small, I still really liked the hotel because the price was right and the location was excellent. It's only about a 5-minute walk from Okachimachi Station on the Yamanote Line, and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! Since it's a smaller hotel, there aren't many guests, so you never have to wait for the elevator!

The service was excellent, with a 24-hour front desk and daily housekeeping. The location is super convenient, with a convenience store right outside and close proximity to the subway. The only downside is that the room is quite small, even for Japanese standards; it was a bit of a squeeze to even fit a laptop on the desk. (Ignore the non-hotel food pictures.)

Very close to Ameyayoko shopping strreet. Hotel provides all required toiletries. Shall stay again.

I would go back there everytime when their nightly rate is 7000yen! Good service in the morning. But could be improved in the evening
