Hotel Tokyo Trip Ueno Nishi Nippori

Just checked out this morning after a seven-night stay. Overall, it offered good value for money. It's very close to Nishi-Nippori Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dinner very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. My child lives near Akado-shogakko-mae Station on the Toden Arakawa Line, and among the hotels in that area, this one offered the best value. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit in two months.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, less than a 5-minute walk, which makes getting around super convenient. The hygiene and service are both good, and the front desk staff can all speak Chinese. However, the hotel is also very close to the railway, so there's a lot of train noise during the day when trains pass frequently. It's much better at night though.

The room was incredibly spacious, significantly larger than what you'd typically find in Japanese hotels. They also had Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, and complimentary ice cream was available. The location near the JR station is excellent, and the surrounding area is super convenient with plenty of great dining options. It's also just 600 meters from the Skyline. Everything else was perfect, however, the hotel is situated very close to the train tracks. Expect constant train noise starting early in the morning. Even with the double-glazed windows, the sound is quite noticeable and could easily disturb light sleepers. Therefore, I'd caution those who are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping.

Facilities: Has everything you need. Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: The hotel occupies its own building; my room was on a low floor. Service: The front desk staff were Chinese.
