Not the best but not the worst! Our room was very crampy as we booked a three bedded room. The staff was very nice to assist us in checking in (almost midnight), and spoke to us in chinese after seeing where we came from. Unfortunately, due to their eco friendly movement, if you request to make your room fully, they will not provide you with free mineral water bottles and you would have to pay for it. We requested for 2 usb cables for free as we did not have the same ones provided in the room. I think there are better options out there for the price we paid but it cant be helped during the peak cherry blossom season.

Great hotel to stay near okachimashi ueno / Tokyo subway in front of hotel
Staff very nice
+ after 8.45 have free ramen with sake buffet with night view of Tokyo Skytree

This is a award winning hotel. 7-eleven Convenient stores are just nearby 2mins. Toilet and Bathroom is split, so 2 person can use at the same time. Very spacious for Tokyo standard. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. Will return again for next stay. 4mins walk to typical Japanese restaurant with economical price. Where you can try all the Japanese cuisine at one shop. Very comfortable place to stay.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Good room size and very clean. They provide free sake bar and noodle at night with the tokyo skytree view. The location is also good.

The hotel room is clean and looks new, located in a quiet area, not hidden though, can search easily with Google Maps

Location: This hotel is around 13 minutes walk to Ueno station, note that the nearest exit next to this hotel has NO escalator or elevator.
Room: My room has a good view that can see the skytree but the bed is not so clean because I saw blood stain on the bed sheet. Also, there are two little bags next to the toilet and they are very dirty, full of **** and urine stains, I think the janitor doesn't even notice this part. Still, I have to say that the toilet is clean. Moreover, the room is just too small that one may have a hard time opening his 29' luggage.

Close to subway and walking distance to Ueno market .. And the staff allows us to leave the luggages few days before check-in .. very friendly!
