Had a great stay! Friendly and accomodating staff, Riko.🤗Free coffee all day is a plus and the cute paw stirrer though! Clean room and bathroom! Thank you to the staff who helped and assisted us calling a taxi to bring us to the subway station.☺️ It was raining really hard that day and we’re carrying heavy luggage. Overall, will recommend this hotel.

Clean, good service, and everything we needed was there. The economy room was barely larger than the bed but we knew that beforehand so no complaints there.

Brilliant service. On the first day, my friend lost his documents and money, the staff helped us, explained where to go and what to do. It was very nice of them.
The rooms are very clean.

My Fiancé & I loved that the staffs can speak english because my Fiancé loves to converse with locals. The facilities are clean and the hotel is budget friendly perfect.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life. I payed for 6nights but I was only able to stayed for 3nights due to lack daily room service, cleaning rooms, you have to checkin in only by 4pm upward and hotel staff behave rude to me as well, the room size are like the size of caskets because what I have seen on pictures about the room was photoshop not the actual room.
Can’t recommend anyone to stay here it’s really terrible experience 😡😡😡😡

The young woman managing the reception was really nice ! The room are a little bit small but it was easy (and not to expensive) to get an upgrade
The communal shower and toilets were always clean, the commodities were easily accessible too

Pretty nice hostel. Limited bathroom to customer ratio on each floor, but it was suitable.
