Great location - highly recommended - you are so near to Sensoji. There is a 24hrs Don Q, Family Mart, Lawsons, 7 Eleven, eateries, Halal Sushiken, and a huge Uniqlo is just downstairs. Namakise is just a few mins walk - a lot of souvenirs to buy here - snacks and kimonos for sale, kimonos for rental and photography, and a lot of shopping all nearby! Hotel reception is on Level 5 and rooms start from Level 6 onwards. Triple sharing room has good and comfortable beds and pillows, but small for 2 adults and 1 school going child with 3 XL luggage - no space to walk! Good thing we got the Skytree view so we were contented. Collect amenities at the reception level - toothbrush, toothpaste, shavers, etc....free flow of coffee machine from 7am - 10pm at reception level. Rooms are very dusty though which triggered our runny noses - not too sure why but we did not request for another room as it was a hassle to move and we are not sure if the new room is going to be dusty still anyway. Service is so so partly due to the language barrier too - they helped with Muslim brochures and provided directions to halal eateries nearby which was limited anyway. Recommended for the shopping and amenities, cultural happenings. But it can be quieter at night once Sensoji and the shopping areas have closed. Metro is not so near so be prepared to walk about 10-15mins to Asakusa Station from the hotel (one way). Will stay here again next time. Love Asakusa area.
