It's pretty basic but good enough. The location is great if you plan to visit Akihabara. Staff are always polite. The room was a bit small but you cannot complain of this when you consider the reasonable price of this hotel.

Clean, efficient, and excellent location. We had a few friends running the Tokyo Marathon and the marathon route went right next to the hotel and it was easy for us to join in the festivities. Of course it is a stone’s throw from Akihabara so it’s super convenient to go anywhere and buy almost anything. The hotel is located very close to the train tracks but the soundproofing is good enough not to bother us.

Great location, clean, and recpetion staff were friendly and helpful. Room faced the station and I could hear the trains through the night. Bring earplugs if this is an issue for you.

Great location near the Akihabara metro station. It was near the electric town area as well which was wonderful.

Room with great view. Great location. The room is small but we knew it before booking. Price is unbeatable. Cleanliness can be improved but overall we satisfied.

Good location, close to Akihabara station. Good sound proofing. Bed and pillow were not very comfortable, but ok. Breakfast was fair, liked the miso soup.

It is so close to Akihabara, so it is a great choice for stay. The room is quite spacious. The breakfast had ozouni on New Year’s Day which is very nice and hospital.

Great location, short walk from train station, bed was a little on hard side. Hotel staff work excellent, always smiling and helpful.

Good location. Clean. Just a minor issue with the poor sound proofing. Train sounds are loud and can be heard

Location is convenient to restaurants and the subways. Light sleepers need ear plugs from sound of trains from 4am to 1am.

Overall experience in the hotel was unpleasant - the rooms are different from the photos, the mattress is old and uncomfortable and you can hear metro till 12 am at night, which makes it impossible to sleep. In addition, the hotel doesn’t have hot springs mentioned in the photos. The food was good though and the staff was very nice and friendly.
