Compact, easy to travel around Tokyo with Metro. Morning walk in UENO Park packs with Sakura, nearby street food & restaurants. Individual sleeping pod, shared bathroom, lounge, 40 deg hot pool, sauna facility. Value for money! Note that male & female to stay in separate level, room is compulsory to be vacant from 10am to 4pm for cleaning. Good for tourists not staying in the room or travel light.

My flight was interrupted by ticket issues incomplete. I had contact hotel to get refund with reasons but hotel didn't accept any refund. Also no respond or good communication. Trip.com staff very well support but hotel doesn't at all. Thanks Trip.com team.

Smart and value stay. Overall clean and comfortable space. (10/10) Capsule with air flow facilities and USB charges. 2 mode of light to choose warm and strong. Everyday change tower and bed sheet set. Hence, 10am-4pm need your corporation not allow to stay in capsule for their cleaning process, but can rest at the launge. Staff are friendly well greeting, and will serve you to the most. Lady Cleaner very hard working day and night to keep the place comfort crystal clean and furnish all item in need without fail. Completely. (toothbrush set/hair band/comb) Near Ueno JR/metro station. Lift Exit 6c just few step away infront of the hostel. Take this lift can directly excess to metro station conveniently. Or you can walk cross the road 2 juction you will reach JR station. Most advantage: Keisei line station to/from airport just nearby and next few step to reach. Keisei main line only JPY1060 (duration 1hrs 26mins) Keisei Access/ Keisei skylyner (faster but expensive in less then an hour.) Can order food with reasonable price. Fried rice/oyaki don/cup noodle Vending machine for some drink including milk. They also provide public hot Bath pool till midnight at basement devide by Man and women room. Laundry room the washine machine and dryer is suffice. The customer first concept where a chair is provide for you to wait for the cloth completely finish wash. Luggage with a lock also provide for you to keep them dity at a corner luggage lots. Can drop of luggage if arrive early. Also for luggage storage after check out only that day. The overall lights is bright enough and the fresh air is well maintain come with a few air ventilation fan in the room. You can enjoy a comfortable stay and convenient location. Very lifely at night time as Ameyako market just opposite. Thank you.

I’ve stayed at this fantastic capsule hotel many times and I love it there! The facilities are fantastic. The shower room has a big communal bath, there’s a sauna I haven’t tried out yet, and food & drink services. It’s close to the trains stations. Couldn’t ask for more at a very good price.
