Sequence Suidobashi - Tokyo

The hotel is new, the room is big and comfortable. The washroom and bathroom are separated in two different rooms, while the basin is in the bedroom. Suidobashi JR Station is just opposite to the hotel, so it’s convenient to take train. However, there is no elevator but steps. If you have big and heavy baggages, you may regret.

Pros Very convenience location. Next to JR station just few second walk. Large shopping malls at the north and many local restaurants / convenience stores at the south. Staffs are cheerful and helpful. Cons Kind of the worst sleeping experience in my travelling life. Pillow is very thin and don't have other size to choose. Blanket is too thick. You will easily get headache and sweat in the middle of your sleep.

Relatively new and clean hotel. Rooms have an awkward layout due to the bathroom being at the entrance, however the room is relatively spacious for Tokyo. Hotel is in an excellent location infront of the JR Suidobashi station, and right next to Tokyo Dome. Being situated near the heart of Tokyo, most of the city is easily accessible. The hotel features some new technologies: self check in using tablets, facial recognition for room and elevator access, the TV displays the laundromat condition, and you are able to check out from the TV. Some of these features work better than others.

The room is at the bigger size for Japan hotel. The TV is a bit small though.

Hotel is just 1min walk from Suidobashi station. Take the west gate exit. Do note that exit is a stairs only exit. Convenient store is located at the metro itself, however it closes at 9pm daily. Hotel is big considering it is Japan. Large suitcases will open fully. Toiletries are available (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, conditioner and shampoo). Clean towels and sheets are provided every 2 days. For those staying less than 2 nights, no change of towels/sheets available. Towels can be requested through the in-room tablet. However, have to self pick up from level 1 counter. Bathtub not available, water temperature and pressure is good. Bidet available. Do note that the shower area has a glass door can be locked. There is an external curtain for more privacy. Sink is located on the vanity table. Would highly recommend to stay as it is super convenient, cheap and it is extremely quiet even though the train runs just across the road!
