The location was just okay. The staff were NOT friendly to me at all I believe it was ******, Japanese staff in this hotel don’t like Caucasian people it’s VERY obvious. The room was comfortable but very small, no room to keep suitcases open. Don’t bother paying for premium you get nothing extra. The area is quiet and for people who have nothing better to do than waste money on designer brands. When checking out to use the luggage transfer service the receptionist was extremely rude.

The location is excellent, with a subway station just a 5-minute walk away, and Ginza not far either. The price is also quite good, and the exterior looks very upscale. However, once you enter, the standard room really only has a bed, barely enough space to open your luggage. But the service is great. It was raining when I was there, and there were always staff members cleaning the floor at the entrance, and umbrellas were provided, which was very convenient.

Location is excellent. Very clean. Walking distance to many shops that we wanted to go. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However there were only 2 washing machines and each wash takes more than two hours. Queue can be challenging especially when there are many people staying. And also there are no hot water dispenser at the pantry ground floor. Have to take cold or room temp water in kettle and bring to room to boil for a cup of hot tea or coffee. Other than that, this hotel is recommended due to its location.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Service was great and friendly towards our enquiries. There are convenient stores located close proximity within the hotel and the location of the hotel is also close to the metro station and shopping paradise. Overall, will definitely recommend!

The location is quite convenient, about 1km from Tokyo Station. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and if you walk a little further, you'll reach Ginza Itchome subway station, as well as ramen and sushi restaurants.

Walking distance to Tokyo Station and also other metro stations. A huge 711 is opposite of the hotel it’s super convenient. Room is clean and the team is professional, will definitely stay again next time

Overall the hotel provides very service and a bit of walking to  Train Stations. The room is good enough for 2 persons.  As this is not at the centre of attraction therefore a bit of walking needed to move to the nearby places . Restaurants and nice food everywhere.

Staying in Koko Ginza is always a good idea, especially if you pick the Premium floor. We enjoyed the free coffee and in the morning, pancakes. Good location - quiet but accessible to trains/subways and shopping district
