The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but overall it is highly recommended for its great value for money. Foreign guests can enjoy a free breakfast at no extra charge. The staff have a very good service attitude, and early check-in is often available. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and some of the facilities are a bit dated, but its location is a huge plus, not far from the subway station. It's in the heart of Tokyo, and the price is really good for the area. Plus, they offer a free breakfast with a great variety of options. As for cleanliness, most things were fine, but there was an extra sheet placed under the duvet, apparently to separate the duvet from your body. You have to cover yourself with both the sheet and the duvet, and I'm not sure if the duvet cover itself is changed every time.

This hotel is a five-minute walk from Aoyama-itchome Station. The front desk staff are very friendly and offer Chinese language service. They even gave us complimentary breakfast, which was delicious! I highly recommend trying the mackerel and natto. The room size was decent; I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste are available for self-service on the first floor. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

A fantastic hotel in Tokyo! Most guests seemed to be from Europe and Latin America. The breakfast was outstanding with a great variety, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. There were even some small interactive activities in the hotel lobby. While it's not in a major commercial district, there are convenience stores and small restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this Tokyo hotel; I was very satisfied.

The location is excellent, very close to Aoyama-itchome subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room might be small, but it's well-equipped and very clean. A special thank you to the front desk staff for helping me deal with my unexpectedly damaged suitcase – they were amazing! Thank you 🙏

Overall, we appreciated the hotel since it’s clean and the location was really nice and accessible. They also have free water bottles and toiletries that you can get at the reception. They also provided us free breakfast. Most of the reception staff were really friendly and approachable except on our last day. We needed some assistance regarding our luggages thru Yamato. We inquired twice before the day we needed it to be delivered to clarify if they can assist us and they happily wanted to help us. But the day itself was really a turn off for us, since the reception staff, a different person (better not to mention his name) was really reluctant on helping us. There was a language barrier but we really knew he just didn’t want to accommodate us from his expressions and gestures. Going back and forth, in the end he still managed to help us but it was really stressful on our en. I hope this can be avoided.
