The location is unbeatable given that it is connected to TCAT and the metro station. The room is a bit dated however the room is still well maintained and extremely clean. Will definitely stay again for my next Tokyo trip.

This was my second stay, and I chose it again primarily for its excellent location. It offers direct subway access to Line Z, and Lines A and H are also easily reachable via an underground passage within a 5-8 minute walk. The neighborhood is very lively, with convenience stores and fresh food supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away, and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. I also experienced the spa on the 5th floor; the service was excellent, and it was incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving.

A classic five-star hotel that, while showing its age, remains impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast, though not as varied as offerings you'd find in China, still beautifully showcases local specialties. It's seamlessly connected to the subway station.

Overall, pretty good! It's said to be the inspiration behind Keigo Higashino's 'Masquerade Hotel', though I couldn't find Nitta or Yumi (unfortunately!). Both the ambiance and cleanliness were impeccable, truly showcasing the quality expected of such an established hotel.

The hotel's location in Ningyocho is fantastic; it's a peaceful spot tucked away from the main thoroughfare. **Facilities:** They are quite dated. The air conditioning in our initial room wasn't very effective, but it improved significantly after we switched rooms. The building's exterior, however, has a charm reminiscent of Japan's economic boom era. **Cleanliness:** No complaints here; it was spotless and very clean. **Service:** Overall, the service was good, exhibiting typical Japanese hospitality.

An incredibly satisfying hotel. While the facilities might be a bit older, they are impeccably maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the concierge service was excellent. A taxi ride to Akihabara or Ginza costs less than 100 RMB. A special thanks to the concierge team for always clearly communicating our destinations to taxi drivers. Contrary to some reviews, I didn't experience any discrimination against Chinese guests. Personally, I found the service here to be even more welcoming and meticulous than at a Ritz-Carlton in China. The rooms are quite spacious by Tokyo standards, so you can book with confidence.

This was an incredibly satisfying stay! While The Royal Park Hotel isn't an international five-star chain, it absolutely lives up to the standard of a well-established local five-star hotel! Its location is incredibly convenient. Being right next to the airport terminal and directly connected to the Suitengumae subway station makes it perfect for seamless travel. The room was quite spacious at 32m², making for a very comfortable stay, especially considering how precious space is in Tokyo. The L'Occitane toiletries were a lovely touch, and their quality was excellent! But the most important aspect, the service, was truly outstanding: every hotel staff member I encountered was incredibly nice and genuinely warm! What was truly exceptional was the service regarding a minor issue: knowing my domestic appliances are 220V, I emailed ahead to inquire if I could borrow a power converter for my 1600W hair straightener. The Reservation Office staff replied extremely promptly, confirming they would arrange one for me. Upon entering my room, I was incredibly touched to find (as shown in image 4) it had already been thoughtfully placed there for me in advance! This was a truly delightful stay, and I certainly look forward to my next visit!

The location is superb, offering great views. There's a subway station directly below the hotel with a direct line to Shibuya, requiring no transfers. The lobby is very grand with high ceilings. The dining options are quite good, though the breakfast restaurant on the first floor was decent but nothing particularly outstanding. For travelers catching a flight, there's an incredibly convenient airport limousine bus service to both international airports available right in the adjacent building. A trip to Narita Airport costs around 3200-3300 JPY. It's extremely easy to access: just a short 20-meter walk with your luggage to the next building, then another 100 meters inside its lobby to find the ticket counter and bus stop. This easy, direct airport access is likely why many airline crew, including flight attendants and pilots, choose to stay at this hotel. Now for the downsides, which led me to give the hotel's facilities a low rating. The room itself was fine – the sofa, table, chairs, and overall space were good. However, the bedding was severely lacking; the duvet wasn't soft, and the bed was incredibly hard. This made me miss hotels like Atour back home, which, despite other potential shortcomings, at least offer comfortable sleeping arrangements. This hotel appears to be an older 4-star establishment; even the toilet felt outdated. The bedding truly isn't conducive to a good night's sleep, making it a particularly poor choice for light sleepers or those who are particular about their beds. Given the price point – I paid over 2200 JPY per night for two nights – encountering such unsatisfactory bedding was, without a doubt, the worst sleeping experience of my entire trip to Japan. My suggestion is for the hotel to renovate and update its facilities, especially the bedding. It wouldn't actually cost much to upgrade to something better, and just replacing it with higher quality items would make a huge difference. But I wonder if the management, often known for their traditional ways, would consider such an upgrade? I've attached three photos of the view from my hotel room window. While the check-in experience was great, my discomfort began with the sleeping arrangements.

The location is incredibly convenient. Getting to and from the airports is a breeze; you can walk just a few steps to catch an airport shuttle service for 150 RMB per person, reaching Narita in about an hour and Haneda Airport in just 25 minutes. To put it in perspective, a taxi to Narita would set you back over 31,000 JPY, which is more than 1600 RMB. The subway station is right downstairs with multiple lines. It's only 6-7 stops to Omotesando and Shibuya, and just 4 stops to Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring any destination. This area feels like Tokyo's equivalent of Shanghai's Jing'an Temple – a pleasant residential neighborhood bustling with fantastic dining options. The hotel itself is an established, classic five-star property, and its overall standards are quite satisfactory. The breakfast spread is incredibly generous, featuring both Japanese and Western options, and offers enough variety to keep things interesting even after several days. The only minor drawback was the gym, which charges a fee for use. It was quite a surprise to encounter a five-star hotel that charges for gym access – certainly an eye-opener!

Too far from the downtown and the hotel is too old. I would not recommend

A hotel with classic, old-world charm! It's incredibly well-located in Tokyo's Chuo Ward, right by Suitengumae subway station. There's a convenience store directly opposite downstairs. The surrounding area boasts an extensive subway network and plenty of dining options. For my entire Tokyo trip, apart from a few chartered car excursions to nearby areas, getting around the city was effortlessly managed by the excellent subway system.

The location is unbeatable! It's right next to the airport limousine bus stop, making travel to Haneda Airport only half an hour and Narita Airport about 50 minutes. The Hanzomon subway line is directly accessible from B2, which is incredibly convenient for trips to Ginza. There's also a FamilyMart convenience store right across the street, super handy for grabbing essentials and breakfast. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly and resolved all our issues promptly. After comparing several other hotels, we ultimately chose this one. However, there were a few minor drawbacks: 1) The facilities felt a bit dated. 2) We booked a suite, and the room was simply too large; it felt a bit empty for just two people. Additionally, the bed was positioned directly facing the wardrobe, which had mirrored doors. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Despite these minor issues, we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit, though we would opt for a smaller room and specifically one without a mirror facing the bed.

**Facilities**: Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained overall. For example, the chairs in the room show no wear and tear, and the bathroom faucets are sparkling clean, like new. The room size is also quite generous; it doesn't feel cramped at all. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the room windows is truly impressive. Aside from a faint sound from extremely loud cars with modified exhausts, I couldn't hear any traffic (cars or trucks) at all, despite the window facing an elevated road. The overall room soundproofing was also quite satisfactory, except for occasionally hearing footsteps or thumps from the room upstairs. **Cleanliness**: The room was cleaned daily and kept very tidy. Bath towels and toiletries were provided and replenished regularly. I have eczema, and my child's skin is quite sensitive, but neither of us experienced any discomfort, which indicates that the bedding and other linens were very clean overall. **Location**: Coincidentally, when I visited Tokyo last June, I stayed at a guesthouse in Ningyocho and even took a picture of this hotel when I passed by it (Photo 3). Just across a small road is the Limousine Bus stop for the airport, which is extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage. The Hanzomon Line is right downstairs, and you can also walk to Ningyocho for the Asakusa Line and Hibiya Line, making transportation incredibly convenient. **Service**: Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. For breakfast, there was always someone to seat guests. While the breakfast selection couldn't compare to major chains like Marriott or Hyatt in China, it offered all the basics like bread, cereals, fruit, fried eggs, and beverages, which was convenient especially when traveling with a child. **Overall**: At 1400 JPY per night including breakfast, it offers excellent value for money. It truly provides the kind of Japanese hotel experience you might see in a Japanese drama.

The triple room was a perfect fit for my family. The location is fantastic – Ginza and Akihabara are both just a short subway ride away. Breakfast is on the first floor. It's pretty standard, nothing particularly amazing. The hotel seems more geared towards business travelers; I noticed a lot of corporate guests and airline crew staying there. At checkout, the front desk had self-checkout machines. You just insert your room cards one by one, which was very convenient.
