The location was great, with Shibuya just a bus ride away. The cleanliness was also excellent, and if you're staying longer, there's a Dyson vacuum cleaner, so you can clean up after yourself. The service was also excellent. The owner responded to emails promptly, making it easy to contact us quickly. The facilities were also excellent. Everything you need was there! I'd definitely book here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Staff was very responsive. Room was clean and had a lot of amenities. I would say it was a larger space given Tokyo standards. 3 large beds. My one constructive feedback would be for the owner to add better blackout blinds. The placement of the beds underneath the window, a lot of light came in and shined on our heads in the morning waking us up prematurely. Other than that, it was a flawless and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Just Ok Very frustrated to find that, even though the listing says there IS an elevator, nobody mentioned that it starts on the SECOND floor. Meaning you have to climb a full flight of very steep stairs to get to the elevator. Not cool for somebody in a wheelchair. There are three queen size beds in a space where there should be only two (like, 20cm between beds). The room was clean and stocked (although the toilet paper is the thinnest, cheapest imaginable). Overall, "just ok".
