Room and service was nice, regularly small but unlike APA the length of the bed were much longer thus better for western tourist. Coin washing machine on 2nd floor which can monitor the avaliablity from your room TV!

Terrible stay from start to finish. I booked this hotel a couple of days in advance, only to realise on the day of check-in that prices had dropped drastically — even larger rooms were going for less than what I paid. I contacted both Trip and the hotel, but neither was willing to adjust or refund the booking. Lesson learned: book this place as late as possible if you want a better deal. The location is also far from ideal — quite a walk from the nearest metro, which is especially frustrating if you’re carrying luggage. At check-in, I was made to pay city tax for two people despite booking for one. I was told to take it up with Trip instead of getting any resolution on the spot. The room itself was shockingly small, with barely any space to move around the bed — honestly too cramped even for one person. Cleanliness was also questionable. I woke up to someone else’s false eyelashes on my pillow, which makes me wonder if the sheets were even changed. Breakfast was underwhelming — limited selection and nothing particularly enjoyable. The only redeeming factor was the coffee machine at reception. Would not recommend.

Love the proximity to Ginza and is also my second visit to this hotel in a few months. Would recommend if the price is right.

I love staying at B-Ginza hotel. It is strategic location, close to many shops such as muji, itoya, gu, uniqlo, donki, loft, itoya, etc. Quiet area which is great for resting. The staffs are professional, friendly, easy to communicate & helpful (specially Robert). I like the coffee machine which you can print the image, got several times with different ones 😁. The amenities are there in the lobby, you can take according to your needs. I also got some voucher drinks 🍺🍸. Can’t complain about the room space since this is located in center city. They clean every 3 days but change your towel daily which it worked for us. I booked 3 rooms for my family and they all satisfy. Definitely will come back again dan recommended for others! Good location, good and clean room with sufficient space. Great shower But there is an additional fee for early check in.
