The location is super convenient, just 50 meters from the hotel to the subway entrance. The room has a small sauna room, which they say fits two people, but it's really only big enough for one. The building was shaking quite a bit during our stay, and we initially thought it was an earthquake, but then realized it wasn't. We're guessing it was due to construction work from a building being demolished next door. The shaking building was a bit unsettling.

Excellent location! For transport, it's a 1-minute walk to Tobu Department Store's underground station, and within 5 minutes, you can catch the direct express bus to Narita Airport, which is super convenient even if you have lots of luggage. Compared to the big hotel next door, this place is only half the price but offers rooms 10 square meters larger, with a separate living area, a massage bathtub, and all-you-can-eat coffee, snacks, and afternoon tea. If I had to nitpick, the only downside is the lack of a laundry room, which might be a minor inconvenience if you're visiting in winter. Stayed for four nights, 99.9% satisfied!

Excellent value for money! Very close to JR Ikebukuro West Exit, you can see TOBU from there. The room is spacious, the bathroom is large, and it has a festive Christmas atmosphere! The lounge also offers a welcome drink/coffee. It's very quiet, and the staff are friendly.

A super comfortable stay at a prime location right outside the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. Each room comes with its own bathtub jacuzzi and personal sauna making the stay feel extra luxurious for a very decent price. The hotel does get booked really quickly so you have to be online the day your travel month booking opens. Really happy with this stay and would 100% go here again
