small apt typical japanese style, choose this to experience living like a local. location is not bad, lawson and a coffee shop right at door step. 2 stops to shinjuku or just walk abt 15mins very convenient. quiet neighbourhood as well.

It is one of the largest hotel i got in this trip, however the washing machine is just 4.5kg or so, too small for 2 persons to use since our cloths for cold seasons can be quite thick. This is humanless interaction check in process so you got to read the long email or long chat instructions carefully to fully understand it. Also there is no amenities like lotion and moisturiser provided, for this kind of premium price charged I would not expect these are not provided

We booked a three-night stay. Check-in was contactless. We completed the check-in process fairly quickly. We asked for an extra blanket, but they didn't provide one, telling us to buy one ourselves. I felt this was rather inappropriate on the part of the staff. The room wasn't as clean as other hotels or apartments in Japan. I don't really want to return.

This was probably one of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had while traveling alone. When I first tried to check in, the code didn’t work, and it took quite a while before I could finally get into the room. A few days later, the air conditioner started leaking and never reached a comfortable temperature, so I had to switch it to fan mode. The environment wasn’t very comfortable, and on top of that, customer service got my check-out time wrong and responded to my questions in a less-than-polite manner. It’s a pity, because I actually like this place, but I don’t think I’ll be able to choose it again.

Very convenient location near Shinjuku Gyoenmae station with a Lawson right beside the building and a Family Mart on the corner. Check in and check out are all automated. The room was very clean and staff was very accommodating though we only spoke online. Had a great stay!

The room was very clean and large. The bathroom had a dryer, which made it convenient for drying towels. It was only about a 30-second walk from the station, and there was a convenience store downstairs, so it was very convenient, which was great. I was a little concerned about the soundproofing between the rooms next door, but other than that it was great! I would definitely stay here again.
