Excellent location  Just a few minutes from Shinagawa Station, great for connections to various areas Best choice if you are travelling via Haneda Airport!

Best location if staying in Shinagawa. Hotel is a bit dated, and the rooms are a bit old, but everything is clean and functional. Rooms are on the small side, but should be expected in Tokyo. There can be a long line to check in, but you can always use the automated kiosk, although there might be some bugs with how you enter your name, how many passports to scan in, etc. Just let the service rep know you have problems with the machine and they will assist you.

Good location but the service can’t meet the Japan standard. The cup is dirty and the last night suddenly out of power of my room when I was taking shower.

There are many foods to eat and shopping. The station ares few minutes walk from hotel. We took the train to Haneda airport.

Hotel location is convenient, just a few minutes walk away from Shinagawa station which is a major transport hub. The narita express reaches it directly, and there are plenty of other train services such as the shinkansen available. Room is clean and the room amenities were topped up daily. There is an ice dispenser on every level.

The quality of the hotel is above average, close to JR Line and the city center. Will come again in future.

Hotel was not actually connected to the train station. Need to walk about 8 to 10 mins also.

The rooms are quite small, furnitures are really old. Although lobby is modern. Location is near to metro but there is not so much to do around. And believe it or not 2 of the roomcards disappeared overnight, in front of this mirror. :D We’ve looked for everywhere (anyway room is super small), but we’ve lost the cards inside the room. Luckily the receptionist did not mind and gave us 2 other room cards. It was just a bit scary haha.

Good location I live in annex tower with rear view of the station

Try Main tower Deluxe Room Room is modern and bed is comfy. . Only drawback is the aircon which is not adjustable. Room is really hot.

Good location. Reception & Baggage storage staff are good. Check in long queue. Room amenities very basic.

Good sized room with a decent sized bathroom. You can choose from a number of eateries for the included breakfast. The breakfast buffet alone was worth the stay. It is right next to Shinagawa station, which allows for easy access to the metro, JR Lines, and Shinkansen

Location was not exactly convenient and had few shops in the area. On our first night, there was a roach in the bathtub. The hotel is dated. Being on the middle part, we paid more than lower floors’ but had the same amenities/ room aircon control. For the price, it is better to book the lower floors or higher ones.

Very convenient location right opposite the Shinagawa station and the hotel half offers food and shopping options though as a tourist destination, there are no attractions nearby though it is accessible to the rest of Tokyo via the train network.
