The hotel opposite of shinagawa station - yamanote line, direct station to haneda and natita airport. Surrounded by shopping outlets, food court and bowling alley

NEGATIVES -poor air conditioning. Outside is 29c and your room feels like an oven. The hotel controls your temperature even though you have a thermostat in your room. -loud noises from the a/c can’t sleep at night -your “City view” is blocked by other buildings in front of you even though you paid for the promised “City view”. NO TOKYO TOWER -Beware hotel food, even though is obvious it is NOT delicious at all. POSITIVES -Staff is very kind and helpful -24/7 Convenience store in the hotel -Various gift shops -Superb Shinagawa Station location just 2 minutes walking distance. -Delicious ramen shop outside the hotel.

Our first time stay here but we really liked our stay! -service : Hotel stuffs are all nice and friendly and trying to be helpful! -room: it’s quite small but I like that there are one work desk and another small desk which was very convenient as we are 2 of us. Lovely view from our room with Mount Fuji view in the morning if weather is well. -location: very good location, it’s just by the Shinagawa station and about 5mins walk. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around so no need to go to other place to eat! And many good food around! We will come back again!

Had a great time in Tokyo and stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel due to its location to NEX and was easy to navigate. Rooms were standard for Tokyo sizing and basic amenities all there. Rooms were comfortable and clean after long days outside, thank you!

Location is good very big train station and there are so many restaurants

A great hotel within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. I stayed at the Annex Tower, which took a little longer to get to, and has a different reception. Staff though were friendly. The room is a bit dated, but has all the key things and is clean. There also a convenient store downstairs and various amenities throughout the hotel. Would recommend.

Perfect location in Shinagawa and traffic is very convenient connecting from Haneda International Airport to Shinagawa Prince Hotel. Nice hospitality during staying . Highly recommended.

Location and generally services are good , a word of advice is that if you want a king sized bed and accidentally booked a twin by mistake then you would have to pay for the upgrade to a premier room which is the same size as a deluxe approximately 20m square, also the indoor swimming pool is closed indefinitely other then that everything is quite convenient

Hotel location was great but what I expect the room size based on pictures was not really match anyhow it is good hotel for holiday or business thanks

Location: Near to Shinagawa Station which link to most of the place you will visit as a tourist. Cleanliness: the room is clean, not feeling any uncomfortable. Service: We reached the hotel around 1pm, although the check in time is 3pm, the reception staff willing to help us to check in earlier without our request which surprise us. Facilities: we do not have time to try their facilities, but in room facilities is well maintained. View: I forgot which floor we stayed, but the view is awesome, before we checked out we can see the Mt. Fuji which is superb.

For the hotel, other then the stunning view, i feel the ammenties in room could have been slightly better.

Excellent location! Located in Shinagawa literally 5 mins walking distance away from Shinagawa train station. The station can reach Haneda and Narita airports directly.
