Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel

I was happy to find staff who spoke Chinese. They also let me check in early, and the room environment was really nice. The location is convenient, and downstairs there are free toiletries and skincare products available.

The hotel is very close to Kokusai-tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views of the exhibition center and the station. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenient amenities. The breakfast buffet is incredibly rich, offering both Western and Japanese options to satisfy everyone.

The Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel is an excellent, high-value choice for families visiting Odaiba and Disney. It's just a 3-minute walk to both the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations, and you can reach the Odaiba Gundam and Statue of Liberty area in just 10 minutes by train. The hotel also offers a free, reservation-only shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, and airport limousines to/from Haneda and Narita airports make travel hassle-free. Rooms are clean and tidy, and the renovated rooms are bright and airy. High-floor ocean view rooms offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay. The hotel thoughtfully provides baby yukata, bed rails, and children's toiletries. Microwaves in the lobby and self-service laundry machines are convenient for guests with children. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all ages. There's also a convenience store and McDonald's on the first floor for easy replenishment. Front desk staff are friendly and offer luggage storage. The only downside is that the Japanese-style rooms are a bit small, making it cramped to open large suitcases, and there can be short queues during peak check-in times. Overall, the hotel offers convenient transportation and excellent family-friendly amenities, making it a perfect base for theme park visits and Odaiba sightseeing.

Be aware that this room type is a Japanese/Western style room; if you're not comfortable with low platforms and no chairs, you might want to avoid it. The room is quite small, so opening a large suitcase isn't very convenient. However, for someone attending an exhibition at Big Sight alone, the location is incredibly convenient, saving a lot of time on early morning subway commutes. There's a McDonald's on the first floor of the hotel (on the opposite side of the lobby), and a Family Mart convenience store across the street. The airport shuttle stops right outside. The front desk provides plenty of toiletries, but the toothbrushes aren't very comfortable, so I recommend bringing your own. The staff are very nice, which is a big plus, especially the cleaning staff – the local ladies provide excellent service. It's also very convenient for taking the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line.

The environment is really great, with a plaza right below and a tram station across the street. The room was very clean.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line. You can even see Tokyo Big Sight right from your window. While the room was a bit on the smaller side, there was still enough space.
