We have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.  The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.  Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.  This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.  Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.  It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.

It's a 5-star hotel and it deserves 2. We chose a triple room for 3 adults and were given a double room with a small extra bed, old mattresses that made a lot of noise when you moved. The furniture is old, and the bathroom only had gel, and the shower had a limescale-covered shower head that didn't deliver much water. There wasn't even a toilet brush or toilet seat. The only good thing about it is the view. The furniture on the room's balcony was dirty and you couldn't sit on it. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a parking lot and free charging. The environment is very good👍 but the location is a bit far away. The surrounding scenery is beautiful. The service staff can understand English and the service is good.

The room was great with incredible views but at 9:30 in the morning on Sunday the cleaning service began its work making a noise that did not allow us to rest, vacuum cleaner, voices, movements of cars in the hallway... a disaster that kept us awake all the time. When we left, the receptionist didn't even say goodbye and when we wanted to go have a coffee, the cafeteria was closed.
