Smile Hotel Tomakomai

Lobby up some steps to 2nd floor to the reception. If you park behind at the car park go through the back entrance to take lift to 2nd floor. Drove out from car park for dinner n was amazed my lot was taken. Only understood that its first come gets the parking lot. Its a miscommunication from reception that their explanation is not clear. Even when I went to reception to retrieve my room key the young boy couldn’t understand that I wanted my room key for “Room 921” If only their communication is better I will rate you better. Your staffs are all polite n smiling. Thank you

Old furniture inside but a clean room. In smoking room there was an arrong smell of old cigarettes. Good breakfast, comfortable location. There are all u need in the room but don't choose a smoking room

I would like to especially thank one of the front desk ladies for her kindness. One Dec 19, at around 3:20 a.m., my mum had severe foot pain and needed an ambulance. She patiently helped us make the emergency call to hospital in Japanese, turned on the heating in the lobby while we waited, and calmly reassured us. As a foreigner, I truly appreciated her patience and care. She is a very kind and wonderful person. Room is very clean, parking is nearby and easy to access. Highly recommended hotel.

Breakfast is awesome

Smell stink all smoke

aside from the location , I have no complains .. the price is really good and also the place isn't that bad. there's a variety of restaurants around and if you're not into crowd busy place this place is perfect for you, the location for us is a bit far because most of our business was held on sapporo and niseko.
