環境：大堂寬敞明亮，房間乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，睡眠質量滿分
服務：前台小姐姐熱情周到，主動幫忙提行李，還推薦了本地攻略；保潔阿姨每天都會及時打掃，細節控狂喜！
性價比：這個價位能住到這樣的品質，真的很划算，下次來還會選這家～
優點：房間隔音效果好，空調製熱快，早餐種類豐富（尤其喜歡現磨咖啡）

房間全新裝修，智能化高，乾淨整潔，還擺放了免費的零食、飲料供客人享用，服務很貼心温暖。來通海3次了，這是住得最舒心滿意的酒店。通海酒店不多，能找到這麼滿意的酒店真是幸運，以後來還住這裏。免費提供的早餐，也很爽口。必須點贊推薦👍👍👍

一家人出遊，一路開心，結果到了通海這家酒店就糟心！
提前預訂的房型告訴我沒有了，説是有其他人比我先訂！首先，如果我預訂時系統延遲造成無房，你們不會打電話溝通？？？其次，在我預訂好酒店之後，我才約了朋友一起來，他們比我晚訂的和我相同房型居然就有了！！所以什麼攜程系統的問題全是屁話！！！
在淋浴間發現不明垃圾，早餐也差

酒店設施很新，很智能，床品都很舒適，馬桶間單獨在房間的入門一端這種設計很少見，避免了對洗手間的影響，這種設計真不錯！酒店也很大方，送的水很多瓶，還送了飲料和薯片，真是很有誠意！值得入住！

新裝修的，品質很高，雖然在縣城裡，但是意外的好，房間乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，洗漱方便，熱水秒出，房間的零食和飲料還可以免費喝，礦泉水有5瓶，非常棒的酒店，性價比超高！以後來通海還住這裏
