The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful ambiance with its own sky garden. The service at the breakfast restaurant was exceptionally good. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

My stay at the Yuanling Hotel in Tongling was truly memorable. The hotel boasts a prime location, beautifully designed interiors with stunning Chinese art, and exceptional, personable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the complimentary minibar and snacks in the lounge, adding a touch of luxury to my experience. However, one downside was the noticeable smoke smell in the rooms on the executive floor. Despite this, the receptionist was quick to address the issue and kindly arranged for us to move to another floor, which significantly improved our stay. Their responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable. Moreover, upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag, which was a thoughtful gesture and added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Yuanling Hotel for its excellent service, beautiful design, and convenient location.

As expected, it is excellent experience to live here out of many.

To summarize first: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️400 yuan per night per person, new Chinese style and full of details, the first choice for parent-child/elderly travel, five-star recommendation! ⭐️Location: Near Cuihu Park, shares the same building with RT-Mart, within walking distance to Wanda, RT-Mart and other commercial buildings, very convenient for shopping. ⭐️Facilities: Although it took some time to build, it is very well maintained and warm and elegant. The 4th floor is the executive floor, the 19th floor is the duplex room, the 18th floor is the front desk, the 20th floor is the breakfast room, and the sky garden is fully equipped. Let me tell you a few details that left a deep impression on me.  🔆Room: The duplex room is equipped with a double-story bathroom with a large bed, a Washlet smart toilet, and a charging cable at the head of the bed. It is very worry-free for families to stay in! Each room was provided with biscuits, milk and various snacks. 🔆Breakfast room: ✅Chopsticks, spoons, and children's cutlery are all placed in the disinfection box. ✅All kinds of machines are available, even an ice machine! ✅Sesame cakes, steamed bread slices, meat buns, siomai, and wontons are all homemade. The juice is freshly squeezed, and you can take as much vegetables as you want in the noodles. ✅The restaurant has a calligraphy writing area and an exhibition hall for the owner's private collection of old items, which is very interesting to see! ⭐️Lobby: The environment is very elegant, with coffee machines, water heaters, milk, snacks, and various books to read ⭐️Service: After check-in, there is a WeChat butler who can be contacted directly and responds promptly. What impressed me most were the waiters in the breakfast restaurant. Many of them were a bit old, but they were well-trained and provided great service! Smiling, enthusiastic, and sincere, many five-star hotels can't do that... The hotel also gives guests snacks after checking out. There are some shortcomings: for example, the bathroom has some smell, some facilities are still a bit old, and the windows are a bit leaky.

Very suitable for family travel, the overall facilities are very good (capsule machine, self-service coffee, snacks). The boss has his own feelings, the waiter is very enthusiastic, we saw the beautiful clouds, and it was a pleasant trip to Tongling.

There were five of us on this family trip, so we booked two duplex family rooms. The two 1.8-meter-long beds were very comfortable. The overall decoration of the hotel is very design-oriented, the breakfast is also good, there is a RT-Mart supermarket and a small shopping mall downstairs of the hotel, and the surrounding area is quite convenient. Thumbs up for the enthusiastic front desk service!

The room is generally normal. The view on the 19th floor is nice. The decoration in the public area is quite interesting, with a Chinese courtyard style and screens in the corridor. You can feel that the management staff pays great attention to details and is very attentive. The breakfast is quite exquisite, as good as any four-star or five-star hotel. There are fresh fruits, juices, coffee milk, tea snacks, stir-fried vegetables, steamed buns and snacks, as well as noodle stalls. The smoked fish paired with Aozao noodles is also delicious. By the way, there are small drinks in the refrigerator. The breakfast gave me a lot of surprises. The foodie was bribed by the food, haha. The front desk staff was also very polite, and there was a souvenir after check-out. There are snacks and fruits in many public areas of the hotel, which I am very satisfied with.

I didn’t expect that there is an excellent Bluetooth speaker in the house. The hair dryer is also a great one. The pillows are soft and hard. This experience is amazing🤩🤩 Service: The service is very considerate from check-in to departure ~ Wahaha, Wangzai milk, and various sodas are provided every day. Plenty of water, coffee, milk, and rusks are all available ~ Love it! ! The lady at the front desk is also very nice! Gentle and professional🥳🥳

The children loved it and it was very convenient. The breakfast was also very rich. When we go out, we usually go out with the elderly and children. This hotel is very suitable for the elderly and children. I am very satisfied. When I saw that I had booked two rooms, they upgraded us for free.
