Light and wind ROOF Tangquan House (OMG Heartbeat Park Store)

As a business owner myself, I know how much negative reviews can impact a business, but this stay truly left me devastated, maddened, and furious. I'll try my best to refrain from cursing as I finish this story. 1. There's absolutely no light blocking. It's not bad at all, it's completely nonexistent. The next day, I booked this B&B for a trip to OMG. I went to bed at 3 AM and was woken by the bright light at 7 AM, unable to fall back asleep. It ruined my entire day. (Pictured: The photo was taken at 7 AM.) 2. The hotel's air conditioner blows directly at people and can't be adjusted. I wonder if this type of air conditioner was carefully considered before designing it. Seeing other negative reviews mentioning this issue, it seems it's not unique to this room type. It's fine for an adult, but I can't imagine what a child would experience with it blowing directly at them all night. High heat, low cold. It was a terrible sleep. 3. Terrible service. I mentioned the light blocking issue, and the response was, "No, this room type is just that." What type is it? No light blocking? Do you sleep without curtains at home? The light blocking is so incredible it makes me wonder if there's a hidden switch. The eye mask they provided was probably one of those penny-sized ones—hardly an eye mask, useless. 4️⃣ The soft furnishings are uncomfortable. The pillows and cushions aren't ergonomic. I can't say much more. Anyway, I hope everyone who sees this will avoid it.

The location is 100 meters away from Yaolin Wonderland Scenic Area and very close to OMG. The B&B has a beautiful environment and complete facilities. The group of people had meals at the B&B. The local food tasted very good. The private rooms were also OK. The boss can also connect with the nearby ones. Equestrian center, visit and interact, highly recommended for parent-child tours!

The overall environment of the B&B is okay, but my room, which is close to the swimming pool, is extremely damp. The quilt and mattress are all damp and I can't sleep at all. There is a musty smell as soon as I enter the door. Personally, I can't give it a good review. After all, the room that costs more than 800 is more expensive than the one on the second floor. It was so damp that I couldn't sleep at all. The paper and clothes in my bag were damp the next day. The experience was extremely bad. I suggest that you book a room on the 2nd floor. The second floor is not damp and has no smell. The first floor basically has a musty smell. Don't ask me how I know, because we are traveling in a group, so remember to book a room on the second floor!

Facilities/Hygiene: It's really average. The bathroom and shower are still semi-separated and useless. There are very few places for storage in the room. Service: It’s really not good. The price doesn’t match the service/environment at all. I originally wanted to experience a B&B, but I was disappointed! I estimate that I will only book hotels in the future, not B&Bs!

The location is convenient, right at the entrance to Yaolin Wonderland and close to OMG. The room design is nice, but the details are a bit rough. The tatami floor is sunken, the toilet is only partially separated from the wet and dry areas, and the pool is small and shallow, so swimming is not possible, but playing in the water is still possible. The children had a good time, but it was a bit uninspired. The service was quite good, helping to cool the watermelon and providing chairs. However, the breakfast was lackluster. One adult and one child only had one nine-square grid, half a steamed dumpling each, and a block of fermented bean curd to share. Although the waitress said that if there was not enough, we could ask her for more. I think this is to save money, but honestly, anything we didn't eat was wasted. It would be better to help ourselves. I suggest improvement! The fact that they brought a block of fermented bean curd as a set meal for two was really speechless.

The room was clean! The hotel environment was also nice! I stayed for two nights. On the second night, the KTV in the hotel sang until after 11pm. Although it was a little far away, the soundproofing was really not very good!
