I've always wanted to find a secluded courtyard in the mountains, and this red brick house fulfilled my dream of living in the mountains. We chose the 'Shuangxi' (Twin Perches) villas at Dashan Chuli, two independent villas where the red bricks extend from the exterior right into the rooms. Facing the mountains, the view is expansive and peaceful – truly idyllic. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the wilderness into the room, and the long strip window on the second floor is like a flowing painting of the mountain forest. With underfloor heating throughout, smart toilets, complimentary welcome tea and snacks, and a free minibar, comfort is definitely a priority. Hiding away in this little red brick courtyard, gazing at the mountains and daydreaming – this is exactly what a weekend should be like.

Nestled deep in the mountains, Dashan Chuli immediately captured my aesthetic when I was searching for a proposal venue. The entire B&B is incredibly well-designed, especially the red brick courtyard, which exudes a unique charm and beauty. A special thanks to the B&B staff for their warm hospitality during the initial communication and on the day of the ceremony. Their acting skills were also top-notch! I'll definitely be back to experience it again.

This place has natural forests and is very quiet. The service, room, facilities, dinner, and breakfast were all excellent! It's worth staying here. I recommend checking in a bit earlier (3 PM) and checking out a bit later (12 PM).

The accommodation experience was very comfortable. The housekeeper wasn't overly intrusive, but was always there when needed. The electric buggy service and reminders for small details were prompt, which was very helpful. I loved their insistence on privacy. Each house is independent and quiet, allowing for true relaxation. In this season, every window in the mountains is like a painting, so beautiful and cozy. 😌 I highly recommend the delicious and unforgettable bowl of chicken soup for dinner!

The room wasn't cleaned properly. The shower glass was stained, as was the outdoor pool, which was covered in leaves. The breakfast selection was limited, consisting of a few steamed buns, a few pickles, and only porridge for the main course. Children were charged an additional 68 yuan. The housekeepers weren't very helpful. They only met us when we arrived at the hotel, but otherwise, we didn't feel any service. They placed cups for breakfast but didn't pour water. I asked for a kettle of boiling water, but it was unusable. Overall, it was a poor experience.

The evening passed, and before we arrived at the hotel, there was a caring butler service to guide the route up the mountain. The hotel is like a paradise, the architectural design is very literary and high-end, the room interior is simple and natural, full of high-end feeling, the service attitude is good and professional, the dishes taste better than expected, the cocktails are also great, I drank for two days in a row, and every shot I took was a blockbuster. It is the most upscale hotel I have stayed in so far, it is really worth the trip 👍

He not only recommended many local tourist attractions to me, but also personally cooked a sumptuous farm meal for me. Every dish was full of the taste of home. Here, I am away from the hustle and bustle of the city and feel the tranquility and beauty of nature. This stay experience will be unforgettable for me. I look forward to coming again next time! The view from the hotel window is really nice, even a little too nice. The scenery does not need to be viewed from a distance. Walking into Dayan Mountain along the ancient Hangyan Ancient Road, which still retains its ancient charm, is truly refreshing. Next is the food. The three meals a day provided by the restaurant are beyond expectations. Fresh local ingredients combined with chef-level cooking are not necessarily easy to find in Hangzhou and Shanghai. Of course, all of this is inseparable from the enthusiastic service of the butlers. Whether it was lighting the fireplace and delivering wine glasses, or connecting us at the end of the hike, it all made us feel very warm. The only downside is that the soundproofing of the guest rooms is poor. Not only can you hear the conversations next door, but you can also hear the noise of the boiler equipment.

The amazing thing about this B&B is that the design is not very exaggerated and does not have many Internet celebrity elements, but it is very cinematic and high-end. I have to admire the designer's skill. I have stayed in other room types before, but this time I booked the Konglin building that has been planted for a long time but is also the most expensive. The view of the triangular bamboo-shaped tea room is really nice to take pictures of. I didn’t live in this building before so I couldn’t come in. They said that to protect privacy, you can’t visit each other between the guest rooms. It’s a pity but understandable~ This building feels private. The location is the best, and it's about a two- to three-minute walk from the main area of ​​the B&B, but the housekeeper will drive a scenic shuttle bus to pick you up and back. The room is very large, and there is a separate space for drinking tea. However, as a Chinese woman who wants to make films in her life, we moved the tea table to the balcony and took a few photos. Haha, there is a great view outside the balcony. The weather is abnormal this November. I didn’t go out too much to see the autumn scenery, but I woke up in the morning and went to the bathroom to see the sunrise. I believe it would be amazing if the weather was good. I like it, it’s worth it, I’ll come again next time
