Very convenient location and extremely clean rooms! The staff at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and patient, they make me want to come back and stay again!

這次入住被酒店服務狠狠圈粉！從前台熱情快速辦理入住，到客房服務響應及時，每個細節都超暖心。工作人員全程面帶微笑，主動幫忙提行李、規劃出行路線。遇到突發需求，也能迅速解決，賓至如歸的體驗拉滿，必須給五星好評！

不太滿意的一次入住。
（1）13:40到店，前面有一位顧客正在辦入住，用了三分鐘，輪到我了，也用了3分鐘，13:46拿到房卡。太不專業了。
（2）拿到房卡向前台索要刮鬍刀，前台叫我先到房間看一下，有沒有，沒有的話可以找客房阿姨。
（3）到房間，沒看到刮鬍刀，找到客房阿姨，要刮鬍刀，阿姨説她那沒有，前台有，可以去前台拿。我説是你幫我去拿嗎，她叫我自己去前台拿。
（4）坐電梯到前台（問阿姨前台的分機號是多少，阿姨説不知道，衹能走到前台），前台説沒有刮鬍刀，拿光了，叫我等，我問等多久，前台不願搭理我，我説了三遍究竟等多久，前台才説五六分鐘吧！
後來終於有個小姑娘把刮鬍刀送到房間。小姑娘態度挺好的，要表揚下，比前台態度好太多了。也幫我修好了分機，能電話打到前台了。
（5）晚上，抽紙用完了，電話打前台，麻煩送一抽，一分鐘後前台打電話説抽紙沒了，衹有捲紙，我説你們狀況太多了吧，拿個刮鬍刀要我來回跑，現在抽紙也沒有。這時前台改口説抽紙在樓上，要幾分鐘，真是莫名奇妙，在樓上去拿就好，要幾分鐘打什麼電話，來回走本身就要幾分鐘啊！
（6）早餐費用，網上樂享大床房，含早和不含早就差了10元，而前台要單人20，雙人30.（如圖所示）
（7）房間硬件還行，就是洗手枱生銹了（如圖所示）

看了評論挑的酒店，報着試試看，沒有失望，列舉下供大家參考
位置：自駕車來的，下了高速，2分鐘左右就到了，應該還是城區，但周邊比較安靜。旁邊是汽車總車，對面是個學校。馬路乾淨整潔，綠化較多。
設施：大廳內無人售貨機，充電寶，送貨機器人，客房冰箱後院大停車場比較大。
大堂：是禪藝風格的，進入後使人安靜，餐廳就在邊上，中式早餐為主，也有酸奶水果蛋糕甜品選擇
衞生：整個酒店比較清爽，細節處有些灰需要改進下，布草還算挑的我也過關了。
服務：這是我要點讚的，入住時贈送了水果，小朋友領到了個小鴨子，客房內吹風機不好用，第一時間更換了新的，半價送了早餐券。特別是退房後衣服忘在了酒店，自己沒發覺，第二天酒店方聯繫了我們並郵寄回，效率非常高，也是我寫評論的原因。

從北京自駕到海南，沿途旅行停靠的第5站。超讚的一家酒店。
優勢:
1、大堂氣派。寬敞明亮，賞心悦目。前台還有免費茶水。
2、停車方便。酒店前後都有充足的免費停車位，自駕停車無憂。
3、設施齊全。房間內傢俱齊全，擺放行李十分方便，室內還配有小冰箱。窗前配有舒適的休閑桌椅，喝茶聊天十分愜意。
4、設定合理。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱**立在衞生間外面，便於使用。
5、貼心布草。洗漱台上放有洗手液和潤膚露，衞生間還有一次性馬桶墊。床品十分舒服，乾淨。
6、配套完善。酒店-1層有健身器材，乒乓球，桌球，小童遊樂設施，還有全自動洗衣機，並配有洗衣液，同時還有立式熨衣機，簡直太方便了。
7、服務周到。酒店前台服務員態度超好，笑臉相迎，暖心問候，有賓至如歸的感覺。
8、早餐豐盛。早餐品種較多，餐廳服務人員態度也很友好，建議進一步提高廚師水平。
總結:酒店主打一個細節到位，服務熱情，必須五分好評，祝店家生意興隆！
