very pleasant experience, staff can speak english at the reception and the room was very good, clean and warm. very close to the train station, definitely recommended. it's not close to the old town close to the river but it's 10~15 minutes by taxi.

The receptionist at the front desk was unprofessional. When checking in, the guest was standing at the front desk while she was still talking and laughing with the people next to her. The room is quite large with a sofa and dining table. The decoration is old and still in the style of 10 years ago. The shower head in the bathroom is very small, which may have accumulated scale over time. The bathroom floor is very slippery and there is no anti-slip mat. When I went for breakfast around 9 o'clock, there was nothing left and no refills were made. The location of the hotel is very good, next to the train station, and the room is not very cost-effective.

The room has no odor, is fully equipped, and the bed sheets and quilt covers are very clean. The only shortcoming may be the bathroom, where the faucet is relatively old. Overall, it is great and meets the basic requirements of a four-star hotel.
