A hidden gem of a hotel! **Amenities:** The hotel lobby is incredibly luxurious, and they even have robots deliver takeout right to your room – so cool! The screen mirroring feature was also a nice touch. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff tidied it up every day after we left. **Environment:** It was very quiet at night, and what's more, there were plenty of restaurants and noodle shops right across from the hotel, which was really convenient. **Service:** The front desk service was exceptional! They upgraded our room for free and were super friendly. They always greeted us whenever we passed by the front desk, and it felt like all the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming! Plus, the breakfast was delicious.

Excellent services and amenities. Free pick up and drop off to train station. Great location, paid taxi service to 梵净山 mountain. Comfortable relative clean rooms. Very good size rooms. Comes with extended breakfast till 11:30am and a perk for me, a gym. Will stay again next time I visit 铜仁.
